Let us look into Enemas:

And what is an enema? An enema is a method by which approximately 2L of pure water (filtered, distilled, Reverse Osmosis) is inserted to the colon through the rectum using a pipe/tube, and then expelled after a specific retention time. This step softens the stools and expels toxins or accumulated waste from the colon. The colon plays an important part in digestion. During digestion, there is the extraction of all the nutrients we need from our diet..The colon removes water from digested food to form feces.  Enemas are better known for cleansing the colon. It helps to detoxify the body and keep the cells of the intestine active.

A Healthy lifestyle, as well as a healthy colon health, are often things many seek to attain, few achieve. A raw vegan diet for certain helps considerably with our colon health, due to the increased fibre and hydration to name only two. One of the main things needed for a healthy life is to keep our digestive system healthy. Over many years of poor food choices however ( pasta, bread, processed foods, meat etc.) may lead to clogged  colon walls. This will then lead to malabsorption issues, deficiencies, bowel disorders and a host of other maladies. As the colon it is a channel through which the body gets its nutrients, great care must assuredly be taken to keep the  digestive system healthy.
When the intestines are properly cleaned , it becomes very easy for them to absorb any new nutrients that are coming in. It is therefore essential that for absorbing the newer minerals the intestinal cells must be active and be cleaned. And any blockage of intestines should be avoided.
